Welcome!
We have been providing professional Artists with the finest prepared linen and cotton for over 35 years, our clientele includes well-known painters in Great New York area as well as throughout the country, Canada, South America and Europe.
A wide selection of surfaces ranging from traditional lead, oil to acrylic gesso is available. A fine lead ground is the oldest and most beautiful for oil painting, and we are one of the few resources left for this specialty.
All oil grounds are prepared with 1 coat of sizing and 2 coats of the ground or customers' special requests.
Primed linen and cotton are available in rolls min. 3 yards and up to 15.33 yards.
We also build fine art painting back supports and stretch raw/primed canvas, paintings for artists and galleries.
Mechanical L- shaped stretchers: 1 1/16"thick up to 3" thick.
Strainers: Todo(round), oval strainers or follow templates provided by customers
Panels:
-Single-sided wood panels: 1/4"thick birch plywood+ basswood cradle
-Semi-Rigid panels: 3/16"thick gator foam board + basswood cradle
-Dibond(aluminum panels: 3mm aluminum + wood cradle
-Shaped panels: Todo(round), oval panels or follow the templates provided by customers.
